How we work together
You’re considering working with me. Maybe you’re curious. Maybe cautious. Maybe ready to begin.
Whatever you feel: it’s okay.
We always start with looking. Not with a fixed plan, but with what you need now. That’s why the first step is the same for everyone: a holistic intake where we really look at what’s happening.
After that, we decide together how to continue. That can look different for everyone.
Your Journey Starts Here
Step 1: Free introductory meeting (15-20 minutes)
Perhaps you are still unsure. Is this right for me? Will it help me? Will we click?
I understand and that is why we start with a short conversation.
We talk. You tell me what’s going on. I explain how I work, what I see, and whether I think I can help you.
No obligations, or sales pitch. Just honesty.
And at the end of that conversation, you’ll feel whether this is the right step. If not, at least we’ve gotten to know each other. If so, we’ll book an intake.
Investment: Free
Step 2: Holistic Intake (120 minutes)
This is where we really take a look.
The intake is long – not because I like talking for hours, but because I really want to understand what’s going on. We take time to look at your body, your movement, your nutrition, your lifestyle, your history. At what’s happening now and what you’ve already tried. At the moments when things were better and the moments when they were worse. Everything matters.
I ask questions you may have never heard before. About your bowel movements, your sleep, your menstruation (if you have it), your energy throughout the day, how you feel when you wake up. Things that seem strange, but tell me so much.
If we’re going to work with movement, I also look at how you move. Not perfectly, but how your body moves now. Where is tension? Where is mobility? What does your breath do?
At the end, you get clarity. Not a beautiful story, but concrete answers: what do I see from Ayurveda and yoga therapy? What has priority? And what can we do?
You get first recommendations that are immediately applicable. And we make a plan: how do we continue? What’s the next step?

Next: Your Personal Journey
After the intake, we decide together how to proceed. This can look different for everyone, because every body is different and has different needs.
Sometimes the focus is mainly on exercise, because your body has learned to be tense and no longer knows how to relax. Sometimes it is mainly nutrition and lifestyle, because your digestion is struggling and your body is not getting the building blocks it needs to recover. And sometimes it is a combination.
These are the options:
Yoga Therapy Guidance
For whom: If movement and (re)discovering your body is a priority. If you are stuck in pain or tension and do not know how to deal with it differently.
What: We work 1-on-1 online via Zoom. I can see you move, and you can see yourself too (which really helps).
We start with feeling and simple movements. No fancy yoga poses, no stretching through pain. But listening, rest and moving from relaxation instead of forcing.
You learn to recognize patterns. How your shoulders creep up when you do something. How your breath becomes shallow when you feel tension. How you hold your pelvis when you lift your leg. Small things that have big impact.
And slowly you learn to release those patterns. Your body can be safe again. Tension can leave. Movement can feel easy.
This requires practice, repetition, patience. But it works.
How often: Initially often weekly, so you maintain momentum and your body learns new patterns. After a month we can often switch to every other week. Later, when you can practice more independently, maybe once a month. We adjust it to what you need and what’s feasible.
Investment after intake per session (60 min): €75 (community pricing available)
Ayurveda Guidance
For whom: If nutrition, lifestyle and rhythm are key to your balance.
What: After the intake, you get personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Not a standard diet. But what your body needs, now, with the season we’re in, with the complaints you have, with how your digestion works.
Sometimes they’re big shifts. Sometimes very small adjustments that have enormous impact. Like warm oil in your nose for winter, or drinking boiled water, or eating your biggest meal at a different time of day.
How often: We have a follow-up session after 4-12 weeks to make adjustments or move on to the next phase. It is never perfect from day one.
Your body needs time to respond, cleanse and heal, and we adjust based on what you notice. In between sessions, you can always ask questions via email or App.
Investment after intake per session (60 min): €75 (community pricing available)
Combined Guidance
For whom: If you feel that movement and nutrition/lifestyle both need attention. If it is a combination that keeps your body where it is now.
What: A mix of yoga therapy sessions and Ayurvedic guidance. Sometimes more focus on one, sometimes more on the other. We move along with what you need and what is going on.
Perhaps we will start with nutrition because your digestion really needs to get going first. And then we will add movement when you have more energy. Or vice versa, we will start with movement to release tension, and then we will look at nutrition to support recovery.
Investment after intake per session (60 min): €75 (Community pricing available)
Digestive Resets
For those who want to start with group support
Twice a year, I offer a Digestive Reset: in spring and autumn. These are specifically timed to coincide with the changing seasons, as these are the times when your body is most vulnerable and most open to change.
What it is:
A 4-week group programme in which we reset and strengthen your digestion. We work with kitchari (a simple, nutritious dish made from rice, mung beans and vegetables) as the main meal. Not because you need to detox, but because your body needs rest to become stronger.
Who is it for:
If you suffer from bloating, fatigue, irregular bowel movements, or simply feel that your digestion is struggling. Also preventative: if you just want to go into winter (or summer) feeling stronger.
What you get:
- 4 live group webinars (2 hours, with Q&A)
- Practical workbook with recipes, shopping lists, daily practices
- Private community group for questions and support between sessions
- Option for personal intake + follow-up (recommended for chronic conditions)
When:
Spring Reset: April 2026
Autumn Reset: October 2026
Investment (community pricing):
- Reset basic: €97 / €147 / €197
- Reset + personal intake & follow-up: €247 / €372 / €497
The resets are shorter and more accessible than At Home in Your Body. If you’re not sure whether group work is for you, or if you want to focus on your digestion first, this is a great place to start.

Community Pricing: How it works
I believe that health should be accessible.
That anyone who is ready for this work should have the opportunity to do it.
That is why I work with community pricing.
Choose the investment that suits your situation. Not out of scarcity, but out of honesty towards yourself and what you receive.
How does it work in practice?
When booking your intake or session, let me know which rate is right for you.
No explanation needed. No accountability. I trust you to be honest with yourself.
No judgement. No questions. Just trust.
Grower: €50/hour
You are building. You are investing from where you are now. You are in a phase where every pound counts, but you are ready to start.
Rooted: €75/hour
You are firmly anchored. You pay the full value. This feels fair for what you receive and for where you are now.
Nourisher: €100/hour
You contribute. Your extra contribution makes room for someone else who needs it. You are in a position where you can give, and you are happy to do so.
What clients say:
Practical info:
Where do sessions take place?
Online via Zoom. You don’t have to go anywhere; you can practise at home in your own space.
How long does a programme last?
That’s different for everyone. Some people need 3-4 sessions to get started. Others work with me for longer because they want to change deeper patterns. We decide together what works.
What do I need for yoga therapy sessions?
A quiet place, a mat or blanket, possibly cushions or blocks. No fancy equipment needed.
Can I also do Ayurveda or Yoga Therapy on its own?
We always start with a holistic intake in which we look at everything. Then we decide together where the focus will lie. Sometimes that is mainly movement, sometimes mainly nutrition and lifestyle. But I want to see the whole picture first, so that it is clear what your body really needs.
Do you also work with medical conditions?
Yes. I work with people with chronic conditions, always in collaboration with regular healthcare, never as a replacement. My work is complementary, supportive.
I also work with an integrative doctor who provides medical guidance for my kidney disease. I believe in collaboration.
How often will we see each other?
In the beginning, we will meet more frequently (for example, weekly or once every two weeks). Later, we will meet less often, as you become more independent. We will tailor the frequency to your needs and what is feasible for you.
