Emma had been following my online therapeutic yoga classes for a while. She told me those classes were the only thing she could still do that didn’t hurt her body. But she didn’t just want to not hurt – she wanted her energy and life back.

From the Ayurvedic perspective I work with, there was a clear place to start. Simple dietary and lifestyle shifts that began to rebuild her energy without overwhelming what little she had.

Most treatments focus on symptoms rather than causes. A painkiller for your headache, a stretch for your back, a supplement for your fatigue – but they don’t ask the deeper question: why is this happening in the first place?

They treat your body like a machine that needs fixing – strengthen this part, adjust that part, push harder, do more. But your body isn’t a machine. It’s a living, interconnected system where everything affects everything else.

They ignore your digestion, even though in Ayurveda we understand that all disease begins in the gut. If your digestion isn’t working properly, nothing else in your body can function or heal the way it needs to.

Over nine weeks, we’ll build a foundation that actually supports your body’s ability to heal.

Week 1: Your starting point
We begin with a 1-on-1 Ayurvedic intake consultation (120 minutes) where we look at your digestion, your symptoms, and the patterns that have developed over time. You’ll get a personalized plan to start with which will be simple, clear and doable.

Weeks 1-4 and 6-9: Weekly live group classes (90 minutes)
Eight weeks of therapeutic yoga that actually helps rather than hurts. We’ll work with breath, movement, and rest in a way that teaches you to feel, trust, and work with your body. There’s time for questions and group support, so you’re not figuring this out alone.

Week 5: Food and lifestyle session
A focused session on what to eat (and what not to eat) for your specific body, daily routines that support healing rather than drain you, and how to adjust with the seasons so you’re not fighting against natural rhythms.

Week 9: Your next steps
A 1-on-1 follow-up consultation (60 minutes) where we review your progress and create a personalized plan so you can continue on your own with confidence.

What’s actually possible

Jenny had been living with chronic lower back pain for most of her life. Simple daily tasks like picking something up from the floor required her to support herself with her hand on her knee to feel stable. Waking up with pain had become completely normal.

During one session, I asked her to lie on her back with her knees bent and feet on the floor. I invited her to first sense her body, and then slowly bring one knee toward her chest in an easy way.

She started moving quite fast, completely missing her body’s signals. With her hands on her body, she could feel her belly gripping, her pelvis shifting, her hips hiking – her body’s way of helping her leg move. By slowing the movement down and focusing on her breathing, she could feel how much her body was compensating and how her lower back was taking on work it wasn’t meant to do.

At the end of the session, as she stood up and walked around, she noticed that her lower back pain wasn’t there in that moment.

This is what becomes possible when you learn to work with your body instead of against it. The change that becomes possible because we slowed down enough to listen to what was actually happening and let the body reorganize itself, without it being forced or complicated.

Q: I’m not sure I can commit to 9 weeks. What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded. If you miss a live session, you can watch the replay.

Q: I have a specific condition (long-covid, fibromyalgia, IBS, chronic fatigue, etc.). Will this work for me?
This program is designed for people with chronic conditions. We work with your body as it is. That said, this is complementary support with which great results can be gained, but not a replacement for medical care.

Q: I’ve never done yoga or Ayurveda before. Is this too advanced?
Not at all. Everything is accessible, gentle, and adapted to your level. You don’t need to know anything be flexible or experienced. Just bring your curiosity!

Q: How do I know which pricing tier to choose?
Choose based on what feels honest. Can you afford it without stress? Are you valuing the program appropriately? There’s no judgment, just honesty.
