Through yoga therapy and Ayurveda, you’re invited to sense and listen to your body. To better understand what is or is not happening and how to create more balance. Using breath, rest, movement and adjusting diet and lifestyle habits to discover what works for you. Exploring the connection between the different parts of your body and your different bodies (koshas); the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual body, in relation to everything around you. You will learn how to support yourself and how to make your nervous system and digestion more balanced.

With this calm system and better digestion, things can start to shift and you can start feel more balanced and at ease within yourself.
