You're Tired
of Searching

I will help you understand what your body is telling you right now.
So that you know what it needs.

Maybe you recognize this...

You’re tired. Not just today, but for a while now. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.

You have pain. Or tension. Or that bloated feeling that won’t go away. And nobody seems to really understand why.

You’ve tried to solve it yourself. You ate healthier. You tried to move. You read articles, followed advice. And sometimes it helped for a bit. But it came back.

And slowly, the belief that things can get better has faded a little. You think: maybe this is just it. Maybe you even have been told to just learn to live with this.

But somewhere, you feel there’s more possible. That your body is giving signals you can’t ignore anymore. And that you need someone who listens. Who looks. Who understands that it’s not just about that pain in your back, but about how you move, eat, sleep, live.

I know that feeling. Because I’ve been there too.

In my twenties, I had anxiety attacks for years. My body was screaming, but I didn’t know how to listen.

When I was 29, I started body-oriented therapy. That was the first puzzle piece, learning to feel instead of just thinking. After that came more: yoga teacher training, massage, tantra, slowly learning to trust my body.

Ten years later, in 2019, I was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy, a chronic kidney condition. My doctor said: “You need prednisone, otherwise you’ll be quickly heading for dialysis.”

But I wanted to understand what was going on first. So I found an integrative nephrologist and started working with food, light medication, supplements.

And then came yoga therapy. And Ayurveda. Not as miracle cures, but as missing puzzle pieces that brought everything together. The logic. The explanation of why. Understanding cause and effect.

It didn’t happen overnight. It was a slow process. Each time a bit more understanding. Each time a step closer to listening to what my body was telling me.

Now, years later, I feel better than before my diagnosis. Not because I do everything perfectly. But because I learned to listen to what gives rest and what gives unrest. To what my body needs now.

And that’s what I share. That space to listen. Those puzzle pieces that slowly come together.

What's possible?

A few months ago, I sat at a table with a woman. Mid-sixties, creative profession, but too exhausted to enjoy it.

She took afternoon naps of 2-4 hours and was still tired afterward. She forgot things – her bag, her appointments. Brain fog. And the pain and exhaustion of fibromyalgia was constant.

Her doctor said: “There’s nothing we can do.”

But when we talked and I listened to her story, I saw something else. Her digestion wasn’t working. Her body wasn’t getting real nourishment, just flling. Her nervous system was constantly on, never resting.

We started simple. Small adjustments to what she ate, how she ate, when she ate. Warm, nourishing meals. Earlier to bed. Practices to calm her nervous system. Listening to what gave rest and what gave unrest.

After a few weeks, things started to shift.

This week she wrote:

“I truly feel more energetic and clearer-headed. I’ve been sleeping from 10 p.m. to 6 or 7 a.m., something I’ve never done before in my life. I’ve definitely been feeling less pain.”

I’m not sharing this to say: “look what I can do.”

But to show: this is what’s possible when your body gets space. When you listen to what it’s saying. When you support it instead of fighting against it.

Not always cured. But changed.

More energy. Less pain. Clearer head. A body that feels like home again.

Holistic guidance
for chronic complaints

I don’t work with standard protocols. I listen. To what you feel now, not what you should feel.

Together we look: where are you? What’s happening? What does your body need?

I bring three things together:

Ayurveda – the ancient medicine from India. Not woo-woo, just logical. Everything is cause and effect. If your digestion doesn’t work, nothing else works either. And often the solution is simpler than you think. Not complicated diets, but understanding what your body needs now and what’s in the way.

Yoga Therapy – movement that feels, doesn’t force. No “no pain no gain”. But: where is tension? Where is space? How can old patterns gently release? We always start very simple – with one joint, one movement – to see what happens. Less is more.

My own experience – I know what it’s like to be stuck. To not be heard. To hear “learn to live with it.” And I know what helps. Not the same for everyone. But for you, in your way.

Work with me

One-on-one (online) guidance. Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, or a combination.

We always start with a holistic intake. Then we look at what you need.

Do you have questions?

Do you also work online? Yes. All my sessions are online via Zoom. And yes, it works really well.

How many sessions will I need? That varies for everyone. Some people need a few sessions, others work with me for longer. We decide together what is appropriate.

Can nutrition really make that much of a difference? Yes. Your digestion is the basis of everything. If that isn’t working, nothing else will work either. And no, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Do you also work with diagnoses? Yes. I work with people with chronic conditions. Always complementary to regular care, never as a replacement.

What if I don’t live in the Netherlands? No problem. I work online with people all over the world. And I teach in Dutch, English and Spanish.

I'm Rianne Wolswinkel

Classically trained Ayurvedic Health Counselor (Practitioner in training). Certified Yoga Therapist and Thai Bodyworker.

But before I went this direction, I had a completely different life. I have a BSc in Life Sciences and worked for over 10 years in scientific research. I still carry that scientific foundation with me - not as rigidity, but as a way of thinking. Logic. Cause and effect. Recognizing patterns.

When my body forced me to listen - first through anxiety, later through my kidneys - everything changed. I went the holistic route. Not because science didn't work, but because there was more. More layers. More connections.

Since 2017, I've lived in Lotje, my campervan. In recent years I've landed in Spain in nature. First 4 years in a community on the south coast. Now, together with my partner, looking for a place of our own near the mountains.

I haven't figured it all out either. I'm also still searching for what works for me. What fits. Where I belong.

That's part of the work. The process. Continuing to listen.

What I do have is a life full of perspectives. A scientific background that taught me to think logically. A holistic education that taught me to feel and see connections. And my own body as teacher, telling me something new every day.

I help people with chronic complaints find their health again. With lightness, humor, and the wisdom of Ayurveda and therapeutic movement.

No guru. No perfection. Just: someone who understands what it's like to be stuck, to search, to doubt.
And who knows what helps. Not because I have all the answers. But because I walk the path, every day anew.
