Digestive Reset:
Autumn

Feel lighter, more energetic and in balance

Maybe you feel too…

One of my clients felt exhausted all the time, with brain fog and pain, barely able to live the life she wanted. She’d been told “this is it” with her diagnoses and medication. But when we sat down and went through her actual daily rhythm, her eating and sleeping habits, the basics were off. They’d accumulated over time into something deeply unsupportive for her body.

As she started eating more nourishing cooked meals, drinking cooked water, and sleeping earlier, her body responded fairly quickly. The brain fog cleared, her energy came back, her pain reduced, and she didn’t need the afternoon naps anymore, the ones that actually left her feeling more tired. She said the difference was obvious even though the changes were basic.

That’s the moment I keep coming back to, because it makes me wonder what would change if we started somewhere else. What if instead of focusing only on the condition, we focused on the person living with it? What if you understood your body’s basic needs, the things that actually give you energy and reduce symptoms, and had support in working with them?

When you begin to make choices around nourishment, daily routines, and movement that are right for your body, something shifts. The condition doesn’t magically disappear. Life starts to feel possible again. There’s more energy. Less pain. More of yourself.

That’s what this reset can do.

What is a Digestive Reset?

It’s a gentle, nourishing reset that gives your digestion a break so it can get stronger. Not a fast or a juice cleanse.

For four weeks we simplify what you eat, so your body gets real rest and recovery time, built around kitchari: a simple dish of rice, mung beans, vegetables and warming spices. Easy to digest, deeply nourishing, nothing fancy, and it works.

You’ll eat kitchari, and variations of it, as your main meals. We build up gradually, reset for several days, then ease back into your normal diet.

And here’s what happens:

Your digestion gets a break. Your body stops spending all its energy trying to process heavy, complicated meals. Instead, it can focus on repair, maintenance, clearing out what’s stuck.

Your mind gets clearer, your energy comes back, your sleep improves, and your symptoms can ease.

One-on-one, built in

A reset works best when it’s actually built around your body, not just a general four-week plan everyone follows the same way. That’s why every Autumn Reset includes a personal Ayurvedic intake and a follow-up with me, one-on-one, from the start.

In your intake, we look at your specific situation: your digestion, your symptoms, your history, and what’s realistic for your life right now. You get recommendations shaped around you before the group work even begins. After the reset, in your follow-up, we check in on what worked, what didn’t, and what your next right step is.

This matters most if you’re managing autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, or long-term digestive issues, where “one size fits all” tends to fall apart. And honestly, it makes the whole reset land better for anyone doing it.

My first digestive reset

In 2022, I did my first Ayurvedic reset.

It was part of the Ayurveda module of my Yoga therapy training, and honestly? I was a bit nervous about the whole thing.

I was still figuring out how to handle my new chronic kidney disease diagnosis and my perfectionist brain resisted the idea of giving up my morning oatmeal for rice and vegetables. I had also just moved to a community, where we shared lunch together every day – I didn’t want to stand out with my weird eating pattern.

But I did it anyway.

And what I discovered was subtle but powerful.

The simplicity of the reset gave me peace and clarity in my mind. I didn’t have to overthink food, it was already decided. There was more rhythm and structure in my days, leaving me with more energy.

Since then, several routines have stuck and kitchari has become my go-to meal whenever I’m busy, traveling, or just out of balance.

I still have my reset periods, because I know how good it feels to give my body that space.

What you get

Your personal intake and follow-up

A 120-minute Ayurvedic intake before we begin, where we look at your specific situation, your digestion, your symptoms, and I give you recommendations tailored to your body for the reset.

A 60-minute follow-up after the reset, where we check in on what worked, what didn’t, and what your next step is.

Both are included, one-on-one with me, for everyone joining.

4 Live Webinars (1,5 hours each)

We meet every Tuesday: September 29, October 6, October 13, and October 20, at 17:00 CEST (11am Eastern, 8am Pacific).

Week 1: Preparation. You’ll learn how agni, your digestive fire, actually works, and how ama builds up when it’s weak, so you can recognise your own early warning signs before they turn into a cold or a flare. You’ll also learn to care for your sense organs, and set your intention for the four weeks ahead.

Week 2: Reset begins. You’ll learn how to make kitchari and its variations, and how the gunas and doshas show up in your own patterns, so you can actually see why certain foods and rhythms work for your body and others don’t.

Week 3: Deepening. You’ll learn about the dhatus, your body’s tissues, the waste they produce, and ojas, your vital reserve, so you understand why this reset supports your immunity specifically, not just your digestion.

Week 4: Integration. You’ll learn about rasa, taste, and how to transition back to normal life without losing what you’ve built, so kitchari becomes a tool you reach for whenever you need it again, not a diet you fall off.

Four live sessions, 90 minutes each, every Tuesday: 29 September, 6, 13 and 20 October, 17:00 CEST (11am Eastern, 8am Pacific).

Can’t attend live? Recordings are available for 3 months.

Who is this for?

This is for you if:

This is not for you when:

Why autumn specifically?

Summer threw your system off balance and weakened it. Heat, irregular eating, travel, late nights, it’s a lot for your body to process.

Autumn is when your body prepares for winter. It needs strong digestion and good resistance to get through the changing of the seasons and the cold months that follow, without getting sick.

If you reset now, in autumn, you enter winter with a stronger immune system, more energy through the dark months, and you avoid the January slump, when everyone else is exhausted and sick.

If you wait until winter, it’s already too late. Your body is struggling with cold and dryness by then, and needs to be nourished rather than cleansed.

Autumn is the perfect moment. Your body is ready for it and the conditions are right.

Still not sure?

Maybe you’re thinking: “Will this really work for me? I’ve already tried so many things.”

I get that.

But here’s the difference: this isn’t about adding more. It’s about simplifying.

You’re not taking 10 new supplements. You’re not following a complicated protocol. You’re just giving your body rest so it can do what it’s good at, healing itself.

And you’re not alone. You have a group, you have me, you have a clear plan.

Four weeks and that’s it. And you can always go back to how you ate before.

But I doubt that you will want to.
