For 4 weeks, we simplify what you eat. Not because you need to restrict or punish yourself. But because your body needs space to catch up.

The main tool: kitchari.

A simple dish of rice, mung beans, vegetables, and warming spices. Easy to digest. Deeply nourishing. Nothing fancy. Just food that works.

During the reset, you’ll eat kitchari (and variations of it) as your main meals. We build up gradually, reset for a week or two, and then ease back into your normal diet.

My first reset 

Four years ago, I did my first Ayurvedic reset.

It was part of my Ayurveda training, and honestly? I was nervous.

I was still figuring out what was going on with my kidneys. My perfectionist brain resisted the idea of giving up my morning oatmeal for rice and vegetables. And I was new to my community — I didn’t want to stand out with my weird eating pattern.

But I did it anyway.

And what I discovered was powerful.

Peace and clarity in my mind. Less overthinking about food. More rhythm and structure in my days. More energy. Fewer illnesses.

Since then, kitchari has become my go-to meal whenever I’m busy, traveling, or just out of balance.

I still do a reset every year. Not because I have to. But because I know how good it feels to give my body that space.
