At Home In Your Body Starter Kit
Everything you need to take your first step toward
reducing your symptoms is right here.
This is you, isn’t it?
You’ve been struggling with fatigue that doesn’t go away no matter how much you sleep. Or a digestion that doesn’t seem to work no matter what you eat. Maybe a pain that flares up without obvious reason, or a body that just feels like it’s working against you.
You have a diagnosis, maybe more than one. You’ve probably tried things, medication, dietary approaches, supplements, movement practices, and some of them helped a little, but nothing has quite given you back the feeling that you understand what’s going on in your own body, or that you have any real grip on it.
And you’re just tired of thinking about it all the time. Should I eat this? What should avoid? What are other people doing? Why isn’t this working?
Wishing you had clarity on what actually helps you and why.
What if you could start feeling relief?
In a gradual and for your body sustainable way without forcing anything. One small adjustment that makes sense for your system right now, that you try for two weeks, and that shows you that there is something that you can do yourself to start feeling relief.
That is why I put together this starter kit.
What you’ll find inside
A short quiz that asks practical questions about your digestion, your sleep and your daily habits, and gives you one specific recommendation to try. One concrete action based on what your body is actually showing you right now and why this is useful, it’s not a dosha test. Alongside the quiz you’ll find a recording of a recent Ayurveda talk on applying it to daily life, a somatic movement practice, short audio explanations of the core Ayurvedic concepts that are useful to understand, an introduction to therapeutic movement and why it’s different, and a short video about who I am and how I got here. It takes up to fifteen minutes to go through the quiz. The rest you explore at your own pace. What you’ll walk away with
A starting point that actually fits your situation, rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol based on a label. One specific recommendation to try, with a real explanation of why it would help you. So you’re not just following instructions but actually understanding the logic behind them, without having to understand all the theory behind it, just the basics is enough. The therapeutic movement workshop lets you feel the effect of conscious small movement on your body. You might initially feel like you’re not doing much, but you’ll likely feel that your movement becomes easier and pain reduces. Why and how this works is explained in the introduction video. And this is a first taste of my holistic approach that has been helping people with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions find their way back to feeling more control over their situation and more like themselves again. As a bonus you’ll get access to my online class library where you can find different movement, rest and breath practices to get more specific about living in your body with more freedom. This is for you if:
- You have a chronic inflammatory or autoimmune condition and you’re looking for a starting point beyond medication and generic advice, without excluding it.
- You’re willing to try one small thing and see what happens.
- You’re curious about a holistic approach, but don’t know where to begin.
- You’re tired of approaches that don’t take your specific situation and all your symptoms into account.
This is not for you if:
- You’re looking for a quick fix or a dramatic detox.
- If you’re not interested in noticing your body’s signal and learning to work with them.
- You’re not open to making any small changes in how you eat, move or live.
- You’re in acute medical crisis, in which case please contact your medical provider first.
A little about me
I'm Rianne, an Ayurvedic health counsellor, certified yoga therapist and someone who has been living with IgA nephropathy, a chronic autoimmune kidney condition, that was diagnosed in 2019. I also spent years dealing with anxiety attacks before finding my way through body-based work.
I have a background in molecular biology and over ten years in scientific research, which is part of why I love the classical Ayurvedic science and its logical approach.
I've been teaching therapeutic movement and sharing Ayurvedic principles for over ten years, through individual and group work, and the feedback I keep hearing is that small, specific changes make a bigger difference than people expected, and that simplicity and doing less are often the missing pieces.
I know what it's like to have a body that doesn't behave the way you want it to. I also know that it's rarely working against you, even when it feels that way.

It’s free, this is my gift to you, to bring some health and happiness back into the world.
