What to expect

In this series you’re invited to explore your breath. The activation on the exhale and the release on the inhale, or the reverse, and how you experience that within yourself. Exploring what’s happening when you breathe and how should it work during normal daily life.


  • 4x 75-minute sessions online via Zoom.

Do you experience (deep) chronic tensions and are you wondering if you’re breathing well?

We all breathe automatically, there is nothing we have to do… in theory. However, through your life experiences you may have developed some unhelpful tension patterns. These might not be useful for you anymore, but do make you breathe less optimally and might be preventing you from expressing yourself with confidence and ease. In these sessions you’ll explore sensing your breath learning how to breath freer.

These are not intense breathwork or pranayama techniques, but a gentler way to allow the body to naturally be able to respond. Create that core responsiveness that is needed for spacious and efficient breathing.
Before the start I will send an intake form in which I invite you to share some background information with me. This will help me in supporting you better. This intake can also be scheduled live via zoom or by phone of about 20 minutes, if that is your preference. Your place is reserved after payment. No experience required.
