With this series you’re invited to explore your relationship with your back & pelvis and learn to move with less pain. Discover your movement patterns in your lower body. Making space for easeful movement and breathing.

Do you experience discomfort in your lower back, hips or legs?
With this therapeutic yoga series, you explore tools to invite better movement and reduce pain. Learning to apply tools that work for you to reduce and prevent pain and discomfort. By being guided in the practice of purposeful simple movements, that are fully supported by your body, you can reconnect with your being. Through this awareness and renewed connection, your movement can improve, which helps decrease pain and allows you to create more balance within yourself.

In the group you work within your own possibilities under my guidance. With therapeutic yoga we work holistically on functional movement of your body.

Note: In order to receive personal guidance your camera should be turned on and have a clear frame of yourself (entire body, from the side, in clothes that are preferably not entirely black).
Before the start I will send an intake form in which I invite you to share some background information with me. This will help me in supporting you better. This intake can also be scheduled live via zoom or by phone of about 20 minutes, if that is your preference. Your place is reserved after payment. No experience required.
