Feel Your Being Come Back to Life.
Regain Your Vitality and
Let Your Body Express its Best Self.

You’re tired of the same cycle.

You wake up stiff. Your body feels heavy. Maybe there’s pain in your lower back, or your neck is tight again.

You try to stretch it out. You keep moving. You push through.

And sometimes it works. For a day. Maybe a week.

But it always comes back.

The pain. The tension. The feeling that your body is working against you instead of with you.

You’ve tried things. Physio, core exercises, YouTube yoga videos. Some of it helped a bit. But nothing stuck.

And now you’re thinking: maybe this is just how it is. Maybe I’m getting older. Maybe I just have to live with it.

But what if you don’t?

What if the problem isn’t that you’re not doing enough, but that you’re doing too much?

Too much forcing. Too much pushing. Too much “no pain no gain.”

What if your body just needs you to slow down, listen, and give it space to heal?

That’s what this community is for.

It can be This Simple!

Your body is incredibly adaptable. It compensates, it adjusts, it finds ways to keep you moving even when something hurts.

But those compensations? They create new tensions. New pains. New patterns.

And the only way to change them is to become aware of them.

Not by forcing. Not by stretching harder. But by slowing down. By feeling. By letting your nervous system know: it’s safe to let go.

That’s the foundation of everything in Journeys Within.

In my Experience the Keys to Get Out of Pain are:

What You Get:

This isn’t a course you do once and you’re done. It’s a library of practices that you come back to whenever you need them.

Some days you need gentle movement. Some days you need deep rest. Some days you just need 10 minutes at your desk to reset.

It’s all here.

The Yoga Therapy Starter Kit

47 movement videos across 9 sessions.

These aren’t yoga classes. They’re explorations. You’ll lie on the ground and move just one part of your body at a time. Your arm. Your leg. Your spine.

You’ll learn how your joints actually move. How your breath changes when you tense. How your body compensates without you even noticing.

The 9 sessions:

  1. The Lower Body – hips, legs, feet, how they connect
  2. The Upper Body – shoulders, arms, hands, neck
  3. The Breath – not controlling it, but feeling it
  4. The Torso – ribs, spine, pelvis working together
  5. Fascial Release – tennis balls, not just for massage but for awareness
  6. Yoga Movements – applying what you learned to common yoga poses
  7. Somatics – reconnecting your brain with your muscles to release habitual tension
  8. Restorative Rest & Nidra – deep relaxation practices
  9. Bonus: Joint Care Sequence – a full-body practice to keep everything moving well

Each video is separate. You pick what you need, when you need it.

No need to follow a program. Just listen to your body and choose.

Relax @ Work (10-Day Programme)

For when you’re stuck at your desk all day.

10 short practices (5-15 minutes) you can do in your chair. In your normal clothes. No mat needed.

Release tension in your neck, shoulders, lower back. Reconnect with your breath. Reset your nervous system so you can actually focus again.

It’s simple. It works. And you’ll actually do it because it fits into your day.

Art of Not-Doing (Restorative Yoga Packs)

Sometimes you don’t need to move. You need to stop.

These are restorative practices where you lie supported by props (pillows, blankets, bolsters) and just… rest.

But not normal rest. Restorative rest. The kind where your nervous system finally gets the message: it’s safe. You can let go now.

3 packs:

  • Simplicity – minimal props needed
  • Silence – deeper, quieter practices
  • Sensations – a bit more sensation, still deeply supportive

People always tell me: “I didn’t know I needed this until I did it.”

Plus:

  • Monthly live calls – Ask questions, practice together, get support
  • Exclusive Facebook group – Share experiences, get answers, connect with others on the same path
  • Workshops & recorded weekly classes – New practices added regularly
  • Small movement practices – Quick resets for when you don’t have time for a full session

And this library keeps growing. The longer you’re in, the more you have access to.

Maybe you're thinking: "Can this really help me? I've tried so many things already."

I get it. I've been there too.

In my 20s, I often had anxiety attacks. My body was screaming at me and I didn't know how to listen.

In my 30s, I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. 35% kidney function. The doctor said: "There's not much we can do, we’ll manage it bet we can.

But I didn't want to just live with it.
So I found body oriented therapist and a holistic doctor to support me, I learned and I slowed down. I started listening to what my body actually needed instead of forcing it to keep up with what I thought I should be doing.

And everything changed.
The anxiety? Gone. The kidney disease? Stable. No suffering. I feel better now than I did before my diagnosis.

Not because I found some miracle cure. But because I learned to work with my body instead of against it.

That's what I teach here. Not because I'm some guru. But because I know what it's like to be stuck. And I know what helps.
