To celebrate this (and my birthday mid-March and my new Dome workspace) I’d like to invite you to join the celebration week in the week of April 10th. Here you can explore my classes for free and have a chance to win a beautiful organic and locally (here in Spain) produced cork Rocork yoga mat and free sessions!

When you sign up you will receive an email with the Zoom link, on Sunday April 9th, to be able to the free classes.
Whenever you join a class your name will be entered into the raffle. So with every class you join, you will be taking care of yourself and increasing the chance of winning, which already is a WIN-WIN 🙂

There are different types off classes I’m sharing. All are accessible to all levels and bodies, because of their gentle nature and focus on taking care of where you are and what you can and cannot do.
