When you experience pain, discomfort or anxiety, it’s your body talking to you, sharing with you.
During your yoga therapy journey, you’re invited to sense and listen to your body. To better understand what is or is not happening and what should be happening. Discovering what works for you through breath, rest and movement. Exploring the connection between the different parts of your body and your different bodies (koshas); the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual body. You’ll learn how to support yourself and to balance your nervous system. With this calm system, tensions can soften, change can happen and you can feel ease.
