All individual journeys are unique to your needs. In the sessions we work together to understand what is going on.
We’ll explore what currently is and is not working for you and how to support you in your personal journey.
Sessions can be done in-person in Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or online via Zoom.
These sessions are by request due to their personal approach.

A single session can be a one-off way to get an idea of what yoga therapy is and if it is something that might work for you. It’s also a great way to experience how I work and to find out if it’s a match for both of us. A single session can also be used to optimize your current ... movement practice with the tools of yoga therapy. This single yoga therapy session can be done in-person in Vejer de la Frontera, or online via Zoom. If you choose to continue into the deep dive journey it will be discounted from the price. Nourishing
Nidra journey

Including two 30-minute and two 60-minute sessions, with recordings.

In this nidra journey you’re invited into the experience of deep rest and revitalization of your whole system. You’ll explore the different layers of your being (the koshas). In the first two 30-minute sessions you will explore your body and breath. In the 60-minute sessions you ... will be guided through inquiries into thoughts, emotions and beliefs you experience and if that feels appropriate for you, a healing dialogue. In the healing dialogue you choose a sensation, thought or belief that you’ll explore deeper through a guided (internal) dialogue about the experience of it. In all the practices you can be comfortably lying down. Yoga nidra/deep rest meditation is a scientifically shown beneficial practice for those with sleep disturbances, high stress, chronic pain or fatigue, depression or conditions with similar symptoms. Deep Dive Yoga
Therapy journey

Including eight
60-minute sessions.

In this yoga therapy journey of about 3 months we will dive deeper and explore your personal goal or challenge. Discover where your body can do with extra support and how to optimise the way you move though life, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. You’ll be invited ... to work on your capacity to listen and understand the signals your body is giving you, so that you know what to do. Learning how everything is connected and that pain is an expression of something, somewhere, that is asking for your attention. You’ll learn to apply the yoga therapy tools to support yourself in moving with less pain, more ease, freedom and confidence.
