Are You Tired of Your Aches and Pains?
Your Body is Talking to You.
Get Ready to Listen to What It is Saying.

Your body is amazing! It’s supporting you through all that you do, to the best of its capacity.

And sometimes your body has very limited capacity. It is giving you signs that you should slow down. Pains, aches and perhaps anxiety start to happen.

But maybe if you keep going it might just go away…
But it doesn’t. It always comes back. It gets worse, or it shifts location or maybe your body just STOPS functioning.

If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results.

Now that doesn’t mean that you have to change everything all at once. But if you can make little changes or even just become more aware through listening, those are great beginnings.

I always hear: “Well I’m getting older, I’ll just have to get used to it…” And my experience shows it doesn’t have to be that way.

The compensations your body has adopted, on one hand has created the pain you’re in and on the other hand shows its adaptability.

You just need to learn how to work with your body.

That is where the Yoga Therapy Starter Kit will help you out!

It can be This Simple!

How can you tap into your body’s wisdom and avoid common quick-fixes that don’t last in the long run?

The idea that you need to do more core strength training to compensate for your lower back pain, already suggests you need to compensate to fix something

Many people use the breath to overcome pain. The breath is important, but not meant to overwrite the warning signs your body is giving.

Wouldn’t you want to REALLY feel better long-term?

In my Experience the Keys to Get Out of Pain are:

As you can read, the focus is on your nervous system and awareness. That doesn’t mean that “it’s all in your head”, but the mind and the nervous system do play a vital role.

To release tension, your body needs to feel safe.

Do you think it will be possible for you to listen to your body’s limits and bit by bit see how your body can become your teacher and best friend? To trust your body again!

You can then make choices that truly work for you. If pain comes back, you’ll have the tools to find balance again.

What You Will Get:

In this Yoga Therapy Starter Kit you will learn about movement, breath and biomechanics through:

47 different movement videos divided over 9 sessions with the following themes:

  1. The Lower Body
  2. The Upper Body
  3. The Breath
  4. The Torso
  5. Fascial Release
  6. Yoga Movements
  7. Somatics
  8. Restorative Rest & Nidra
  9. Bonus: Joint Care Sequence

You will have immediate access to these practices that work on the major joints in the physical body and practices for the breath and the mind.

The focus in the first 4 sessions is on simple movement. You’ll lie on the ground, moving just 1 part of your body, focusing on the bone joint. Through this you’ll learn, feel and understand what is going on in each specific area. You’ll explore basic movement principles.

This will grow your awareness about what your body’s warning signal and compensation patterns are, and through that, be able to change.

Your mind and body will reconnect and communicate through these practices, calming your nervous system and allowing tensions to release.

The Fascial Release session will teach you how to use tennis balls not only for self-massage but to feel your movement even better.

Since all the videos are separately recorded, you can choose and practice which ones work best for you in this moment.

In the Yoga Movements session you will be able to apply the basic movement principles from the first 4 session into several common yoga asanas. This way it will be easier to see how to implement it into your yoga practice, if you have one.

The Somatics session is great to really work on reconnecting your brain with your muscles so that habitual tension patterns can soften.

With the Restorative Rest and Nidra session your mind will get some extra attention, as you practice to support your body in relaxation.

My name is Rianne, I'm a certified Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Massage Therapist. Back in the day I studied Life Sciences, specializing in Molecular Biology, so the fascination for the human body has always been very present.
I also have a diagnosis of a chronic kidney condition called IgA nephropathy, which has made me even more aware of the preciousness of my health and the actual influence I have on my own well-being. In my 20's I also suffered from anxiety attacks for many years. That's why I've dedicated myself to these holistic practices. Firstly for my own health and well-being, and after seeing the possibilities, sensing the desire to share it with you.
May it inspire you and bring you health, well-being and happiness.
